Business Planning: Plan It, Start It, Grow It. 
This four-week course begins today for those wanting to start or expand their businesses.  Favored eligibility for immigrants, women, minorities, former military, and "green" entrepreneurs.  Register for evening classes: 5:30pm-7pm, 1607 W. Jefferson Street, Boise. Topics include Success Planning, Market Planning, Cash Flow Planning, and Operations Planning.
